Purpose of Corporation: Adopted for Good is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.  Specifically, the organization shall be a coalition of adopted children who share their common experiences, encourage one another, educate parents who wish to adopt or have adopted, advocate for positive adoption policies and laws, and engage in such other activities as permitted by law and are consistent with the above described purpose.
